Job Description:
This opportunity is with DHS/CISA
10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience analyzing functional requirements in the domain/area supported, including working with subject matter experts to document business process steps
• Requirements management and traceability: e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, IBM DOORS, or equivalent RTM tools
• Modeling: UML, BPMN, use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
• Enterprise architecture and SELC documentation standards (CISA IT Enterprise Service Catalog)
• Working knowledge of data platforms (Databricks, AWS) and API/microservice architectures
• Ontology and data-model concepts for translating requirements into data requirements

Writing requirements specific to AI/ML systems: model performance and accuracy criteria, explainability, drift thresholds, guardrails, and bias constraints
• Defining requirements for Generative and Agentic AI: RAG data sources, agent permissions and boundaries, prompt/response controls, and human-in-the-loop approval steps
• Using NLP/LLM tools to extract requirements from documents and maintain automated requirements traceability
• Translating risk ontologies and SME methodologies (e.g., NRR scenario methodology) into machine-interpretable requirements
• Defining acceptance criteria and evaluation datasets for AI capabilities
