Summary

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail planning and business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution requirements.
Leverage hands-on Toolio experience to support business processes and functional solutions.
Analyze and support retail planning, merchandising, inventory, and related business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Identify process gaps and recommend functional improvements.
Support requirements validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate functional requirements and solution recommendations effectively.
Provide functional guidance and ensure solutions align with business objectives and retail industry practices.
