Monitor service performance, availability, capacity, risks, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with change management processes, internal SOPs, GxP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Provide technical updates, operational metrics, and infrastructure roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership.

Lead and mentor geographically distributed technical teams across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and SAP integration with cloud infrastructure.

Strong understanding of ITIL, change management, incident management, and operational governance.

Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Experience leading global infrastructure and SAP operations across multiple geographical regions
