Overview:
- Manage and support the SAP landscape to ensure performance, availability, and security.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business processes and resolve system issues.
- 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience.
- Strong SAP system, database, and OS (Linux/Unix/Windows) knowledge.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skill.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health.
- Administer SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server), including backups and optimization.
- Manage SAP users, roles, and authorizations; enforce security standards.
- Troubleshoot system, performance, and connectivity issues.
- Use SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain documentation and apply SAP Basis best practices.
- SAP Basis or HANA certification.
- Experience with SAP on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
