Senior SAP Basis Lead

As a Senior SAP Basis / Platform Operations Lead you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments. Experience with SAP RISE implementations and operations. Proven experience managing production support and platform operations. Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). Hands-on expertise with Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP environments.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior SAP Basis / Platform Operations Lead to oversee SAP platform operations, production support, and infrastructure administration.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP landscapes and be capable of independently managing complex production issues while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and support for SAP Basis and platform operations.

Independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues across SAP environments. Coordinate effectively with SAP teams, AMS teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution. Enhance platform monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) processes. Support platform administration activities and provide backup coverage for assigned operational controls. Drive system stability, performance optimization, and operational best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations
