SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules. Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation. Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management. Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements. Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes. Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements. Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies. Support workflow automation for HR processes Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications. Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling. Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support. SAP certification in HCM.
