Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable BW/4HANA data models, integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources, and deliver reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP HCM/HR reporting, including extracting, modeling, and reporting HR data from SAP HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end SAP BW/4HANA data warehouse solutions.
• Support, design, and develop SAP BW on HANA/BW/4HANA data models, including ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, and related modeling components.
• Develop and maintain ADSO, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, InfoObjects, Transformations, DTPs, and Process Chains.
• Design optimized BW data models for reporting and analytics.
• Develop data extraction and integration solutions from SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP HCM, and non-SAP systems.
• Develop and support SAP HCM/HR reporting solutions using SAP BW/4HANA.
• Work with HR data including Employee/Personnel data, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Headcount reporting.
• Develop and maintain HR/HCM data flows, transformations, queries, and reporting structures.
• Handle HCM reporting requirements and user queries, troubleshoot reporting issues, and provide production support.
• Work with SAP HANA views, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Develop and support BW Queries using BEx Query Designer / Eclipse-based BW Modeling Tools.
• Integrate BW/4HANA with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and other reporting platforms.
• Analyze and resolve data loading, transformation, process chain, HCM reporting, and query issues.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Optimize queries, data models, data loads, and process chains for performance.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and support documentation.
• Work in Agile delivery teams and collaborate with developers, architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA architecture and data modeling.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM/HR reporting using SAP BW/BW/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM data structures and reporting requirements.
