Job Summary
We are hiring for a full-time SAP MFG/VC Lead to support a major SAP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Manufacturing, Variant Configuration (VC), Private Cloud, Brownfield transformation, and SAP Upgrade projects, with the ability to lead manufacturing workstreams through testing, Go-Live, and hypercare.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Need 5+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing (MFG).
- Need 5+ years of experience as an SAP MFG/VC Lead.
- Need 5+ years of experience in SAP Variant Configuration (VC).
- Need 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
- Need 5+ years of experience in SAP Brownfield transformation/upgrade projects.
- Need experience working in SAP Private Cloud / RISE with SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of Variant Configuration, characteristics, classes, dependencies, and configuration profiles.
- Experience integrating MFG/VC with SD, MM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP MFG/VC workstream for Brownfield, Private Cloud, and Upgrade projects.
- Analyze manufacturing requirements and design SAP MFG/VC solutions.
- Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and functional documentation.
- Configure and support Variant Configuration processes and related master data.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, Basis, integration, and business teams.
- Support data migration, interfaces, integrations, and manufacturing process validation.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
- Identify functional risks, dependencies, and gaps and drive timely resolution.
