Job Summary

We are hiring for a full-time SAP FICO Lead to support a major SAP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP FICO, Private Cloud, Brownfield transformation, and SAP Upgrade projects, with the ability to lead finance workstreams through testing, Go-Live, and hypercare.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Need 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Need 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Lead.
• Need 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Need 5+ years of experience in SAP Brownfield transformation/upgrade projects.
• Need experience working in SAP Private Cloud / RISE with SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong experience with FICO integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP FICO workstream for Brownfield, Private Cloud, and Upgrade projects.
• Analyze business requirements and design appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
• Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with technical, Basis, integration, and other functional teams.
• Support data migration, interfaces, integrations, and financial reconciliation activities.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
• Identify functional risks, dependencies, and gaps and drive timely resolution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance throughout the project.
