We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Mid to Senior Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and working within healthcare environments.
Required Skills:
6+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
Strong understanding of AWS services (Lambda, S3, Redshift)
Experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect is a plus
Experience implementing FHIR APIs and HL7 integrations
Knowledge of EHR interoperability and healthcare data exchange
Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment tools
Strong SQL and database experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
Configure and customize Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Build API integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise applications.
Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations.
Support healthcare interoperability using FHIR APIs and HL7.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Work closely with architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Health Cloud Certification
Service Cloud Certification
Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences domain
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
