Senior Salesforce Developer

Introduction:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to best practices. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Lead a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications.
• Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce and associated tools.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Perform regular code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce development standards.
• Handle integration between Salesforce and other internal/external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure platform security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement system changes as needed.
• Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with development tools such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
