Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to support an enterprise Procurement technology upgrade across multiple Agile delivery pods. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly understand requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute from day one.

Prior Warner Bros. (WB) experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Agile teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Support product priorities, backlog management, and delivery across multiple pods.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Use Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, backlog, and delivery tracking.
• Support process improvement and technology upgrade initiatives.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and help drive delivery.
• Identify gaps and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• 6–7+ years of Business Analysis and/or Product Owner experience.
• Strong experience with Agile/SAFe environments.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, user stories, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous Warner Bros. (WB) experience is highly preferred.
• BA/PO experience in a hybrid role.
• SAFe or Agile certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology upgrades.
• Financial domain experience is a plus, but not required.
