Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to support an enterprise Procurement technology upgrade across multiple Agile delivery pods. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly understand requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute from day one.
Prior Warner Bros. (WB) experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Agile teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support product priorities, backlog management, and delivery across multiple pods.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Use Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, backlog, and delivery tracking.
- Support process improvement and technology upgrade initiatives.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and help drive delivery.
- Identify gaps and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 6–7+ years of Business Analysis and/or Product Owner experience.
- Strong experience with Agile/SAFe environments.
- Hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, user stories, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous Warner Bros. (WB) experience is highly preferred.
- BA/PO experience in a hybrid role.
- SAFe or Agile certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology upgrades.
- Financial domain experience is a plus, but not required.
