💰 Rate: Up to $58/hr W2

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple application/software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, system analysis and design, business process reengineering, and supporting projects throughout the complete SDLC.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years deriving requirements through stakeholder/customer interviews and creating system requirements documentation
• 5+ years of System Analysis & Design, including mockups and/or wireframes
• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
• 5+ years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience
• 4+ years developing User Stories and Use Cases
Preferred Skills:
• Strong stakeholder communication, organization and facilitation skills
• Business Process Development experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Modern Requirements
• Experience with Atlassian Jira
• Experience supporting large-scale application/software development projects
• Public-sector or education-domain experience is a plus
• Experience working with public-school systems/districts is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions
• Analyze, document and manage business and system requirements
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, mockups and wireframes
• Perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis and business process reengineering
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams
• Manage requirements throughout the complete SDLC
• Maintain requirements after the requirements baseline is established
• Support validation and verification of implemented requirements
• Manage requirements for enhancements and post-production changes
• Support multiple projects simultaneously
