Job Description
We are seeking 2 Senior Business Analysts with strong experience in BPMN process modeling, business process documentation, and process re-engineering. Oracle EBS/Fusion experience is preferred, but the primary focus is on candidates with excellent BPMN modeling and enterprise process analysis skills.
The Senior Business Analyst will conduct stakeholder workshops and document comprehensive current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes across HR, Procurement, Finance, General Services, and related enterprise functions. The role will support process assessment, gap analysis, readiness assessment, and future-state process design associated with a large-scale ERP/cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business processes and requirements.
- Develop detailed BPMN process models documenting As-Is and To-Be workflows.
- Map complex cross-functional workflows across enterprise business functions.
- Perform process re-engineering and identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support gap analysis and readiness assessments for ERP/cloud transformation initiatives.
- Document business processes, workflows, requirements, and process improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to validate process documentation.
- Support large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion/cloud migration initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with BPMN Modeling.
- Extensive experience in Business Process Analysis and Process Re-engineering.
- Strong Workflow Mapping and process documentation skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder Workshop facilitation experience.
- Proven experience performing As-Is / To-Be Analysis.
- Experience working on large-scale ERP implementations, transformations, or cloud migrations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Experience supporting ERP modernization or cloud migration programs.
- Public sector or utility industry experience.
- Experience with enterprise process assessment, gap analysis, and readiness assessments.
- Experience working with cross-functional HR, Finance, Procurement, or General Services processes.
