Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for multiple Business Process Reengineering Consultants
Mandatory skills
a. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in Business
Process Reengineering (BPR) or Service Design.
b. Must have a minimum of (two) 2 years of FTE experience identifying
logical groupings of transactions for incremental release.
c. Legacy-to-Cloud Transformation: At least one (1) successfully
completed project (defined as a project that has achieved full
implementation and is operationally complete) experience
reengineering workflows for transitions from Mainframe/COBOL
environments to modern Cloud platforms (Salesforce/MuleSoft),
demonstrating an ability to identify and remove legacy process
constraints.
d. Lean Six Sigma: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification,
demonstrating a data-driven approach to process optimization and
waste reduction (must provide copy of certification).
e. Formal Modeling Standards: At least two (2) successfully completed
projects (defined as a project that has achieved full implementation
and is operationally complete) experiences showing proficiency in
BPMN 2.0 standards for process mapping to ensure flows can be easily
interpreted by Technical Architects and Developers.
f. Omnichannel Design: At least two (2) successfully completed projects
(defined as a project that has achieved full implementation and is
operationally complete) demonstrating experience optimizing
processes specifically for Self-Service First channel shift strategies.
