Summary

Position Title:Senior Business Analyst
Location: Reston, VA - Hybrid for 2 months, then remote
Duration: 6 - 12 months

Position Summary:
Senior Business Analyst responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, Agile backlog management, UAT support, and mentoring junior analysts. Leverages AI tools for requirements analysis and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
Model processes, workflows, and data flows.
Mentor junior analysts and review deliverables.
Support UAT planning and acceptance.
Use AI-assisted tools for analysis and documentation.

Requirements:

7+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
Strong requirements and Agile/backlog management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to pass a 7-year background check.

Nice to Have:

Federal IT or financial-regulatory experience.
CBAP or Agile Analysis certification.
AI-assisted analysis tool experience.

Education/Certifications: CBAP/Agile Analysis certification preferred.
