Job Summary

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support business decision-making. This role develops reports and dashboards, identifies trends, provides actionable insights, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Perform statistical analysis and support forecasting and business planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards.
Mentor junior analysts and support best practices in data analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
