(Data & AI Focus)Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) / Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management systems and a passion for data-driven decision making and AI/ML enablement. The ideal candidate will lead business process transformation, requirements analysis, and data strategy initiatives to optimize the lifecycle management of physical and digital assets within our organization.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Mapping & Optimization
  • Analyze current asset management processes using BPMN and other modeling techniques
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
  • Design and implement optimized workflows for asset acquisition, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal
 
2. Requirements Engineering
  • Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements from stakeholders
  • Create use cases, user stories, and process documentation
  • Ensure traceability from business needs to system functionality
  •  
3. Asset Management Domain Analysis
  • Translate operational needs into system features for Asset Management platforms
  • Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and audit standards
  • Support integration between Asset Management systems and ERP/Finance systems
4. Data & AI Enablement
  • Define data models, metadata standards, and integration requirements
  • Support analytics, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and AI-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to enable AI/ML use cases
 
Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience as Business Analyst / BPM Analyst in the Asset Management domain
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN, process modeling tools, and requirements gathering
  • Experience with data modeling and working with Data/AI teams is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
