Summary
Position: Senior Business Analyst – Operations (EDI Program)
Location: Remote (EST/CST Candidates Only)
Duration: 6+ months
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools), Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Experience analyzing backlogs, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with process improvement, stakeholder management, risk/issue tracking, and status reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Operations teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-related request intake/workflows.
- Experience with change management (Prosci) or PMP certification is a plus.
