We are seeking a Senior Manager – Full Stack Development with strong US Healthcare Provider domain experience to lead full stack engineering, architecture, and delivery across distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Must Have:
- Strong .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
- React/Angular/Blazor experience
- Hands-on AWS – ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, API Gateway
- Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server/PostgreSQL
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
- Healthcare interoperability: FHIR R4, HL7, X12 EDI
- Provider domain: Credentialing, Provider Network, Provider Directory
- 4+ years of technical leadership/management
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams
- Strong AI-assisted development experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, Agentic AI/MCP
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data privacy
Preferred: CAQH, PECOS, Da Vinci PDex Plan-Net, NCQA/CMS, AWS Certification.
