We are seeking a Senior Manager – Full Stack Development with strong US Healthcare Provider domain experience to lead full stack engineering, architecture, and delivery across distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Mandatory Skills: .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, React, Angular, AWS, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI, Healthcare Provider Domain, Provider Credentialing, AI-Assisted Development, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Onshore/Offshore Leadership

Must Have:

Strong .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
React/Angular/Blazor experience
Hands-on AWS – ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, API Gateway
Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server/PostgreSQL
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
Healthcare interoperability: FHIR R4, HL7, X12 EDI
Provider domain: Credentialing, Provider Network, Provider Directory
4+ years of technical leadership/management
Experience managing onshore/offshore teams
Strong AI-assisted development experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, Agentic AI/MCP
Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data privacy

Preferred: CAQH, PECOS, Da Vinci PDex Plan-Net, NCQA/CMS, AWS Certification.
