Pay Range: $65/hr - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the support and continuous improvement of SAP SD processes.
- Provide functional expertise across core SAP SD capabilities, focusing on standard SD processes and configurations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including hands-on configuration, testing, and debugging.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to drive solution alignment and successful implementation.
- Provide design recommendations ensuring solutions align with business objectives and SAP best practices.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, change requests, and enhancement initiatives.
- Mentor team members and provide leadership in support and delivery activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of strong functional expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with a deep understanding of standard SD processes and configurations.
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments, emphasizing core SD functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly hands-on role, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders and driving solution discussions and design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SAP interfaces and integration scenarios.
- Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Experience supporting complex SAP landscapes and cross-functional business processes.
