Job Summary
The Client is seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS) to support sales and distribution processes within an apparel, footwear, or retail environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD functionality, with a strong understanding of AFS-specific business processes, including article management, size and color grids, sales order processing, pricing, delivery, shipping, and billing.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure, implement, and support SAP SD functionality within the SAP AFS environment.
· Manage end-to-end sales and distribution processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery processing, shipping, billing, and returns.
· Support AFS-specific functionality, including article master data, size and color management, grid processing, and seasonal product requirements.
· Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
· Support order-to-cash (O2C) processes and integrations between SAP AFS, SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO.
· Work with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, user exits, and functional specifications.
· Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution of production incidents.
· Participate in functional testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of SAP solutions.
· Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, process flows, and user training materials.
Required Qualifications
· Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
· Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution).
· Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
· Understanding of AFS article master data, size/color grids, grid processing, and apparel/footwear order fulfillment.
· Experience with order-to-cash business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.
· Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work with business and technical teams in an enterprise SAP environment.
