Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP OTC processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and integration with other SAP modules.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver effective solutions that align with business requirements and improve end-to-end order-to-cash operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Configure and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities.
- Manage sales order processing, order types, item categories, schedule line categories, and partner determination.
- Configure pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing conditions.
- Support delivery processing, shipping, picking, packing, goods issue, and billing.
- Work on billing documents, invoice processing, cancellations, credit memos, debit memos, and intercompany billing.
- Support customer master data and Business Partner integration, including relevant master-data dependencies.
- Understand and support credit management, output management, and account determination.
- Troubleshoot OTC-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with SAP FI/CO, MM, EWM, TM, and other integrated teams as required.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.
- Assist with data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP functional consulting, with substantial hands-on experience in SAP OTC/SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with sales orders, delivery processing, pricing, billing, and invoice management.
- Knowledge of SAP SD integration with SAP FI/CO and other relevant modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
- Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Business Partner and customer master data.
- Experience with SAP Credit Management and output management.
- Exposure to EDI/IDoc interfaces, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices.
