job summary:
Join our enterprise systems integration team as a Senior SAP EC Payroll Implementation SME delivering mission-critical human experience management solutions. In this role, you will lead the hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment of complex US payroll systems. You will play a pivotal role guiding client testing, closing out parallel runs, and driving successful production go-live events.

responsibilities:
- Direct and execute hands-on US SAP Payroll and EC Payroll configuration and cutover tasks.
- Drive UAT defect resolution and provide testing guidance to client and project teams.
- Lead the finalization and closure of Payroll Parallel Testing to validate system accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members and deliver comprehensive EC Payroll knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Support production cutover and ensure stability during initial live payroll runs.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid SAP Payroll Certification.
3+ years of hands-on experience executing end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations (not support).
Hands-on experience configuring US Payroll systems, executing payroll parallel testing, and managing cutover.
4-6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll at an expert level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SAP EC Payroll Certification.
Hands-on implementation experience specifically within SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
Experience delivering technology solutions within the electric utilities sector.
