We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong, recent experience supporting Eagle Investment Systems, specifically Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Management, Securities, and Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Investment Management Operations functions, applications, and business processes.
Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and data models.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and development teams.
Support Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE-related enhancements and integrations.
Develop test scenarios, test cases, test data, and UAT documentation.
Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation.
Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production issues.
Maintain application documentation, knowledge base articles, and system controls.
Provide hands-on application support and training to Investment Management Operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of Business/System Analysis experience.
Recent Eagle Investment Systems experience – Required.
Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE experience – Required.
Financial Services / Investment Management / Securities industry experience.
Strong Investment Management Operations knowledge.
Strong SQL and relational database experience.
Experience with UAT, system testing, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
