Summary

Sr. SAP Cutover Lead

Duration: Long Term

Specially looking for a business cutover lead with 15-20+ years experience in large scale ERP transformations supporting business cutover activities.

The System Integrator is already doing the technical cutover so in our role as Business Integrator, we need someone who has the experience to focus on various functions from a business perspective ( Ops BUs, Finance, Accounting, payroll, procurement etc.) and understand the cutover impact and help put plans together. Some more details below:

-Ability to interpret technical cutover plans and translate them into business impacts associated with go-live
-Expertise defining business ramp-down, ramp-up, and business continuity activities for extended system outages, including:
-Facilitating workshops across diverse business functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations)
-Identifying SAP dependencies and business impacts with functional leaders
Aligning business continuity planning with change management, stakeholder readiness, and communications
-Driving cross-functional alignment and approval of business continuity plans for a large-scale SAP cutover
