Job Title: SAP Functional & Migration Subject Matter Expert (FI/CO, MM/PM, Migration & Data Migration)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional & Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide consulting expertise across SAP FI/CO, MM, PM, SAP S/4HANA Migration, and SAP Data Migration initiatives. The consultant will support enterprise customers in solution design, business process optimization, SAP implementations, migrations, data transformation, and digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise, strong migration experience, and the ability to advise customers on SAP best practices across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance for SAP FI/CO, MM, and PM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Lead SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration assessments and transformation initiatives.
• Design and review Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA.
• Support Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Warehouse processes, and Plant Maintenance.
• Design preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance solutions.
• Develop SAP migration strategies, including Brownfield, Greenfield, and Hybrid migration approaches.
• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, LTMC/LTMOM, and ETL-based migration solutions.
• Coordinate cutover planning, mock loads, go-live support, and post-production validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers.
• Conduct business workshops, solution reviews, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Recommend SAP best practices, governance frameworks, and process optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, MM, and PM modules.
• Extensive experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
