Role Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PTP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. The consultant will support design, configuration, testing, implementation, integration, and production support activities for a large Transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Support purchasing, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, inventory movements, invoice verification, and vendor returns processes.
• Configure and support Inventory Management (IM) processes across service centers, distribution centers, and mobile service operations.
• Support warehouse and logistics processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cycle counting, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support Third-Party Order Processing (TPOP) and direct procurement scenarios.
• Support intercompany and intra-company stock transfer order (STO) processes.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate with OTC, FTM, Master Data, Salesforce, Workato, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare support activities.
• Troubleshoot MM, Inventory Management, warehouse, and integration issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support integration testing across procurement, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, billing, and finance processes.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of SAP MM / PTP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA MM and Procurement experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong experience in Inventory Management (IM), goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, and invoice verification.
• Experience supporting warehouse execution processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Working knowledge of SAP EWM, Stock Room Management, or equivalent warehouse management solutions.
• Experience with STO, TPOP, vendor returns, quality returns, and procurement-related logistics processes.
• Understanding of OTC integration points including sales order fulfillment, inventory allocation, delivery processing, picking, PGI, and billing impacts.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and defect documentation.
• Working knowledge of APIs, EDI, and middleware integrations.
• Strong understanding of master data dependencies including Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and Pricing impacts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• SAP EWM, Stock Room Management, or Warehouse Management implementation experience.
• Experience with Quality Management.
• Salesforce integration experience.
• Workato integration experience.
• Automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or service parts industry experience.
• Experience supporting global inventory and logistics operations.
• SAP S/4HANA MM or Procurement certification.
