Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience leading ERP or enterprise transformation projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
● Experience managing Finance-related workstreams within SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP implementations.
● Understanding of core finance processes including accounting, AP/AR, expense management, tax, reporting, and financial operations.
● Experience coordinating enterprise system integrations involving applications such as Concur, Workday, Cforia, Data Lake environments, tax software, or similar platforms.
● Experience partnering with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver technology initiatives.
● Ability to facilitate requirements gathering, process discussions, and cross-functional decision-making sessions.
● Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities during enterprise transformation programs.
● Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planview, Clarity, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or related platforms.
● Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● PMP, Scrum Master, Prosci, or related certification.
● Experience working in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
● Familiarity with SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury, and Reporting.
● Experience supporting global implementations and geographically distributed teams.
● Experience supporting training and business readiness initiatives.
