Job Description:

Role Summary
Strategy & Operations Project Manager / Chief of Staff
Responsible for managing initiatives around Strategy, Ops & TPMO function within Business Technology. This is a blended seat — project manager and chief of staff/EA to the CIO in one role — not a standard PM assignment. We're looking for someone who has actually run point for an executive before, not just managed projects.

What you'll own
• Run weekly and ad-hoc leadership meetings: agendas, facilitation, follow-through
• Build and prep materials for the BizTech All Hands and SLT QBR
• Own the CIO and leadership team's calendar — cross-functional syncs, all hands, planning sessions, offsites
• Manage contractor/vendor onboarding and offboarding; keep rosters and org charts current
• Coordinate travel and logistics for a BizTech planning offsite
• Draft communications to the broader org
• Take on special projects from the CIO as they come up — process fixes, struggling workstreams, reports, assessments

What you need
• 5+ years in Strategy, Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff, within a technology organization
• Real chief of staff or executive-support experience — a pure project management background will not cover this role
• Strong executive communication: leadership decks, business reviews, org-wide comms
• High discretion and ownership; comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal oversight
