Technical Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Utah Valley, UT.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Technical Product Manager to support the leadership team of a technology organization during a key leave coverage period. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across strategy, operations, executive communications, program management, and special projects, helping ensure organizational priorities remain on track.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and organizational cadences
* Prepare executive presentations, quarterly business reviews, all-hands materials, and leadership communications
* Support strategic planning, organizational alignment, and operational governance activities
* Manage vendor and contractor administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, and organizational documentation
* Maintain organizational charts, leadership schedules, and internal planning materials
* Assist with event planning, travel coordination, and leadership offsites
* Partner with executives on special projects, operational assessments, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and drive execution of improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or related roles
* Proven project and program management experience
* Experience supporting senior leadership teams and organizational planning initiatives
* Experience supporting technology-focused organizations
* Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and strategic communications
* Strong executive-level communication and presentation development skills
* Exceptional organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives continuous improvement
* High degree of professionalism, discretion, ownership, and accountability
* Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
* Ability to influence and collaborate across business, technical, and executive teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
