Description
We are looking for a PPC- Paid Media Digital Strategist to lead paid media planning and performance management for a portfolio of high-impact accounts in Irvine, California. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can translate campaign insights into clear strategic recommendations while working independently in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will bring deep platform expertise across major advertising channels and a strong command of budget management, optimization, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
Lead paid media strategy across multiple accounts, shaping channel plans that align with business goals and performance targets.
Manage day-to-day campaign execution, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and maintain pacing across large advertising programs.
Evaluate performance throughout the funnel, using detailed keyword- and audience-level analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
Build and refine campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads to maximize reach, conversion quality, and return on spend.
Prepare clear performance updates and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Monitor campaign trends, identify risks early, and implement optimizations that strengthen overall account results.
Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging, creative direction, and digital strategy are aligned across paid initiatives.
Maintain a high standard of execution while operating with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
Requirements
Proven experience managing paid media strategy and optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
Strong background in PPC campaign management, including bid strategy, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
Ability to analyze campaign data at a granular level and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience overseeing substantial advertising budgets, preferably at or above $2 million.
Confidence presenting insights and strategic plans to senior leaders and executive audiences.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of digital advertising, copywriting, and content strategy that supports high-performing campaigns.
Experience in a regulated sector such as financial services, mortgage, or insurance is preferred.
