Description Robert Half is partnering with an organization seeking a
Marketing Communications Specialist to support paid social advertising, email marketing, and content development efforts. This is a hands-on role for a marketing generalist who enjoys owning campaigns from strategy through execution while balancing a variety of communications projects.
Marketing Communications Specialist (Part-Time)Location: Greater Seattle Area (Primarily Remote)
Schedule: 20 hours/week to start, with potential for additional hours
Key Responsibilities- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, lead generation metrics, and audience engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Develop ad creative and supporting marketing assets using Canva.
- Write, design, and distribute monthly newsletters through Constant Contact.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, nurture communications, and content scheduling.
- Support organic social media content creation and publishing.
- Coordinate content approvals and collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing initiatives.
Requirements Required Qualifications
- Experience creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns, including targeting, budget management, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Proficiency with Canva for digital content creation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
- Strong written communication and content development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a primarily remote environment.
