Job Title: Technology Project Manager – Cloud & Disaster Recovery Location: Malvern PA (3 days onsite) Job Description for Tech PM • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on AWS. • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), resilience planning, and business continuity alignment. • Manage end-to-end DR testing exercises, including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, runbook preparation, logistics planning, execution oversight, issue remediation, and executive reporting of results and recommendations. • Partner with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and business teams to ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance with organizational standards. • Oversee application release and deployment management across multiple environments, leveraging modern DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks while providing leadership, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes across cloud, web application, and DR initiatives. Preferred Qualifications • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Tech Project Management roles. • Should be able to work from office at Berwin/Malvern, PA - 3 days of the week with the start time of 8am EST. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs. • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Job Summary –

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions
- Configure and manage Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) structures aligned with Engineering BOM (EBOM)
- Define and implement Bill of Process (BOP) and Bill of Equipment (BOE) in Teamcenter
- Create and manage process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures
- Configure Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) and shop-floor relevant data
- Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and execution data
- Perform data modeling, structure creation, and validation within Teamcenter
- Analyze current and future manufacturing processes and translate them into system configuration
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows
- Support integration with SAP and MES systems, ensuring data readiness and structural consistency
- Handle effectivity, revisions, and lifecycle state management
- Identify and resolve gaps, issues, and dependencies in the implementation process
- Collaborate with integration, SAP, and business teams for comprehensive solution consistency
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case validation and issue resolution
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Manage tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps (AVD)
- Mentor team members and promote adherence to Teamcenter best practices
