Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software delivery.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs, driving SaaS product development, coordinating engineering teams, and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions. This role requires strong technical understanding, program management expertise, and stakeholder communication skills.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, observability tools, and SRE practices.

Experience with SaaS integrations, API ecosystems, and third-party platforms.
Understanding of SaaS subscription models, customer lifecycle, and product adoption.
Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS products.
Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program plans and business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and multiple technical workstreams.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar program management tools.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
Understanding of APIs, REST services, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience managing large-scale software development and cloud transformation programs.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, multi-tenant platforms, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
8+ years of experience in technical program/project management, including significant experience delivering SaaS products or platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency across technical delivery teams.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with SaaS operational metrics, SLAs, availability, and customer expectations.
Track program KPIs, delivery timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand system architecture, scalability, performance, and security requirements.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, escalations, and cross-team coordination.
Oversee SaaS product releases, deployments, platform upgrades, and customer onboarding initiatives.
Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, release management, and continuous improvement.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, QA, Security, and Business teams.
Manage multiple technical projects involving cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS platform development, implementation, integration, and modernization programs.
