Join a global Center of Excellence as an RFx Bid Manager responsible for managing complex public sector proposal responses from strategy to submission. You will lead cross-functional teams, craft high-impact technical content, and manage bid lifecycles for cloud SaaS/PaaS solutions. This is a 6-month remote contract opportunity aligned with West Coast hours.

responsibilities:
Own the full bid management lifecycle-from initial documentation review and SME call scheduling to content creation and final submission.
Structure, write, edit, and format general, functional, and technical response content tailored to customer procurement requirements using boilerplate libraries, AI tools, or net-new writing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to gather and revise inputs.
Manage and maintain RFx proposal policies, content libraries, win themes, executive summaries, and post-bid After-Action Reviews for continuous improvement.
Analyze opportunities during Go/No-Go decisions and draft clarification questions for procurement officials throughout active solicitations.
Coordinate with the global RFx shared services model to support overflow tenders and align with AMER and APAC time zone needs.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of bid management/proposal writing experience within government or public sector procurement models.
5+ years of technical writing experience supporting cloud SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
Must be located in the West Coast US / Pacific Time Zone to support AMER and APAC procurement needs.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chat) and Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with proposal management platforms such as Responsive, Qvidian, or Loopio.
APMP or PMP professional credentials.
Domain knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
