Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and pharmaceutical commercial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Veeva CRM configuration, customization, integrations, business requirements gathering, and end-to-end implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
• Configure, customize, implement, and support Veeva CRM applications.
• Support Veeva CRM modules, including Call Reporting, Account Management, Territory Management, CLM, Approved Email, and Events Management.
• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs, where applicable.
• Manage Veeva CRM integrations with Salesforce, Veeva Network, Veeva Vault, and other enterprise applications.
• Support data migration, data mapping, validation, and integration processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical design documents, and test scenarios.
• Ensure solutions align with pharmaceutical industry compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of CRM implementation and support experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM.
• Strong understanding of Veeva CRM architecture, configuration, and business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning.
• Hands-on knowledge of Veeva CRM modules such as CLM, Approved Email, Call Reporting, and Territory Management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations, field force automation, and HCP/HCO engagement.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and production support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva Vault CRM and CRM migration projects.
• Knowledge of Veeva Network, Veeva Align, and Veeva OpenData.
• Experience with Salesforce-to-Veeva Vault CRM migration.
• Veeva CRM or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of life sciences compliance, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 where applicable.
