responsibilities:
Designs and develops moderately complex automated tests scripts using automation tools and scripting tools, refining the acceptance criteria into automated acceptance test cases/scripts, and executing automated test scripts and individual tests in support of IT changes to business processes. Conducts test automation code reviews and evangelizes test automation best practices to the entire engineering organization.
- Attend and actively participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-Up meetings
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement/Grooming
- Sprint Reviews/Demos
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Provide status updates on assigned work items.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and remove impediments.
-Expectations: Own quality throughout the Sprint, Develop and Execute Comprehensive Test Coverage, Support Production Readiness and Deployments, Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis
qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 - 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired.
Knowledge of Test Automation
Knowledge of Java (Programming Language); Python (Programming Language)
Knowledge of Other: CI/CD tools
Cloud technologies
