UKG Business Relationship Manager

Remote position

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the primary liaison between the business and IT for the UKG Pro Workforce Management deployment. This role works in close partnership with the Project Manager, Site Human Resources Leadership, Local HR/Payroll resource, IT Build Lead, and System Implementor to plan, coordinate, and support successful delivery of the project. The BRM ensures business needs are clearly defined, aligned to project objectives, and translated into actionable deliverables across the project lifecycle. The role is directly responsible for key ITSF deliverables, business readiness activities, stakeholder alignment, and business acceptance required to support successful deployment and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary business-facing IT representative for the UKG Pro Workforce Management deployment at the Allentown site.
Partner with the Project Manager and core project team to support planning, execution, governance, and delivery of project objectives.
Coordinate with Site Human Resources Leadership, Local HR/Payroll resources, IT Build Lead, and the System Implementor to ensure alignment on scope, requirements, schedule, and readiness activities.
ITSF Deliverables (inclusive of)
- Lead the development, validation, and approval of High-Level Business Requirements.
- Confirm and document Existing Business Capabilities to support solution planning and fit-gap understanding.
- Secure Business Approval for Plan Phase and support formal governance checkpoints.
- Define and document expected Business Benefits associated with the deployment.
- Ensure the project Idea is Created in PPM and required intake documentation is completed.
- Establish and communicate the Estimated BRD Approval Date.
- Obtain Approval for Plan Phase in accordance with governance requirements.
- Drive review, validation, and sign-off of Approved Business Requirements.
- Coordinate and support TechPASS Approval activities as required.
- Prepare or coordinate estimated Operational Support Budget and Recurring Costs Preparation.
- Maintenance of Financial Plan with PM
- Ensure Business Agreement on Schedule and alignment to key milestones and deployment timing.
- Coordinate required MSP Work Orders / 3rd Party SOWs in support of project execution.
- Support PM Manager Sign-Off and maintenance of the Updated Project Plan.
- Lead completion of the UAT Strategy in partnership with business and project stakeholders.
- Inform the IT Operations team of the planned deployment through HOTS / ServiceNow Request for MSP Application Support.
- Obtain Business Unit Acceptance of Operational Support Costs prior to deployment.
- Coordinate development and review of UAT Test Cases.
- Define and align the Training Strategy for impacted users and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the Hypercare Plan to support post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure Completed and Signed-off UAT Results are obtained before production deployment.
- Coordinate completion of Training Materials to support end-user readiness.
- Track and confirm Training Attendance and Training Feedback as part of deployment readiness and adoption.
Monitor business risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions, and escalate as needed to maintain project momentum.
Support business readiness, stakeholder communication, and change adoption activities throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Ensure all assigned ITSF deliverables are completed on time, with quality, and in alignment with project and business expectations.
