Key Responsibilites

Source US healthcare professionals (Nurses & Allied Health).
Screen, interview, and verify candidates/credentials.
Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain ATS, pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
Ensure US healthcare compliance and credentialing.
Build strong candidate pipelines.

Requiored Skills

2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / Staffing
Strong understanding of healthcare roles including nurses, therapists, physicians, and allied health professionals
Knowledge of credentialing workflows and healthcare compliance requirements
Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn sourcing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work night shifts (US time zones
