Role: Drive US staffing business development across Construction, Manufacturing, Production, Finance, Tax, Engineering Services, Healthcare, and IT. Manage client relationships, recruitment operations, revenue targets, and a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Direct Clients, Tier-1 Partners, and Implementation Partners.
Identify staffing and project opportunities and manage client relationships.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and placements across IT & Non-IT domains.
Lead, mentor, and motivate recruiters to achieve targets.
Develop strategies to meet revenue and business growth goals.
Leverage industry networks to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

5+ years of US IT & Non-IT staffing business development experience.
Proven relationships with End Clients, Tier-1, and Implementation Partners.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent technical recruitment and client management skills.
Aggressive, target-oriented, articulate, and energetic.
Strong MS Office skills and ability to work independently.
