Summary:

Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives.
