Senior iOS Application Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior iOS Application Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade mobile applications for iOS platforms. This role requires deep expertise in .NET MAUI, C#, mobile architecture, and secure enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have experience building offline-first mobile applications, integrating with backend APIs, supporting Azure and SQL-based solutions, and working with Bluetooth devices and Zebra printers in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise mobile applications using .NET MAUI and C#.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing iOS applications for business-critical operations.
• Architect and implement offline-first mobile solutions with synchronization capabilities.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and support Azure-connected mobile applications and backend integrations.
• Design and optimize data storage and synchronization solutions utilizing SQL-based systems.
• Implement Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations and Zebra printer connectivity solutions.
• Apply mobile application security best practices to protect sensitive business data.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance across mobile platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop technical documentation and maintain coding standards and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • .NET MAUI
  • C#
  • iOS Application Development
• Experience designing and implementing offline-first mobile architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience developing solutions utilizing SQL databases.
• Experience integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices.
• Experience supporting Zebra printers and mobile printing solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile application security principles and best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New York three days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise mobility solutions for large-scale organizations.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
• Knowledge of secure authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Experience with application performance monitoring and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment.
• Experience supporting field-service, logistics, retail, or warehouse mobility solutions.
