Key Requirements:

8+ years of native mobile development, with deep expertise in iOS/Swift or Android.
Proven experience leading 3–5+ mid-to-large custom implementation projects.
Strong background in mobile application architecture, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical solution design.
Lead teams of senior/lead developers and oversee coding, technical direction, and delivery.
Strong troubleshooting and resolution of code defects and production issues.
Ability to break down features into stories, identify dependencies, perform impact analysis, and mitigate risks.
Excellent collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills.

Technical Stack:

iOS: Swift, Xcode
Android: Android Native, Kotlin/Java, Android Studio
Dev Tools: GitLab, Jira
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SDLC
Architecture: Mobile Application Architecture, Technical Solution Design

Daily Responsibilities:

Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and PI planning.
Deliver complex features/work items within coding and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Review requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and risks.
Ensure assigned work is delivered on time and within budget.
Mentor developers and collaborate with architecture teams.
