Pay Range: $68/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workamajig solutions and workflows.
- Configure, customize, and support Workamajig modules, workflows, surveys, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms for Finance leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and adoption.
- Support integrations between Workamajig and enterprise applications such as Workday and Oracle.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct testing, UAT coordination, issue resolution, and production support activities.
- Drive change management, user training, and business enablement initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities leveraging AI, analytics, and workflow technologies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance transformation, FP&A, Accounting, AP/AR, budgeting, or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Workamajig or comparable employee experience/workflow platforms.
- Strong Finance functional knowledge across FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, AP, AR, and budgeting processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Exposure to Power BI, automation, and GenAI preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Finance platforms.
- Experience with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or comparable analytics tools.
- Familiarity with operational and financial metrics used by high-growth digital companies.
