Kforce has a client that is seeking a Packaging & Regulatory Data Senior Analyst in Clifton, VA.
Summary:
We are seeking a Packaging & Regulatory Data Senior Analyst to support an initiative focused on preparing packaging data and systems for evolving European regulatory requirements. This is a data-focused role for someone who can interpret regulatory requirements, determine what information needs to be captured, and partner with business and IT teams to make that data usable across systems, packaging labels, and reporting. The ideal candidate does not need to be a regulatory expert but should have strong data and business analysis skills and be comfortable working across regulatory, packaging, supply chain, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with regulatory and packaging specialists to translate requirements into clear data and system requirements
* Identify required packaging attributes, data sources, ownership, and how information flows across product and packaging systems
* Assess data quality and identify gaps across packaging specifications, material master data, bills of materials, supplier information, and related sources
* Define data mappings, business rules, validation requirements, and specifications for packaging information used in labeling and reporting
* Partner with IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, data capture, testing, and implementation
* Coordinate across regulatory, supply chain, product, packaging, and IT teams to resolve data issues and track readiness
* Document requirements, key decisions, dependencies, risks, and implementation progress
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in data analysis, data management, business analysis, or master data
* Experience translating business requirements into clear functional or technical specifications for IT teams
* Experience with ERP, product information management, master data, or packaging data systems is a plus
* Familiarity with packaging, product, supply chain, or sustainability data
* Working knowledge of regulatory or compliance processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical teams
* Ability to analyze complex data requirements and turn them into practical, actionable solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
