ServiceNow & Power BI Reporting Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow & Power BI Reporting Analyst in New York, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled ServiceNow & Power BI Reporting Engineer to design, develop, and automate enterprise reporting solutions that provide actionable insights across IT Operations, Engineering, Security, and Service Management functions. This individual will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, performance analytics, reporting automation, and executive-level visualizations while leveraging ServiceNow, Power BI, and various automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data visualization, KPI development, reporting automation, scripting, and enterprise endpoint management environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and data extracts
* Design and build Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions using ServiceNow and other enterprise data sources
* Create meaningful KPIs, metrics, data models, measures, and visualizations that provide insight into operational performance, service health, compliance, engineering effectiveness, and organizational trends
* Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for service improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation, scripting, APIs, workflows, and integrations
* Automate recurring reporting activities including: Data collection; Validation and quality checks; Report generation; Distribution and notifications
* Develop automated reporting solutions using technologies such as: Power Automate; PowerShell; Python; REST APIs; Other workflow automation platforms
* Partner with Engineering, IT Operations, Security, Service Management, and leadership teams to define reporting requirements
* Translate business requirements into measurable KPIs and reporting solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
