RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst - Analytics in Saint Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Business Intelligence:
* Design, develop, and maintain datasets that feed Power BI dashboards
* Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting environments
* Build scalable data models and calculation frameworks that support financial and commercial analysis
* Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting capabilities
Data Platform & Solution Delivery:
* Lead and independently develop and enhance analytics solutions using modern data platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Synapse, GitHub, and related technologies
* Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish deployment processes, governance controls, and production-ready analytics environments
* Participate in architecture decisions, CI/CD processes, application registrations, security controls, and environment management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
* Strong expertise in data modeling, Python, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and reporting design
* Experience in financial planning, variance analysis, forecasting, pricing, and revenue management
* Experience with any cloud analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in statistical analysis
* Strong business acumen
* Familiarity with data governance, security, and deployment frameworks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
